Thanks to smc-fully coated lenses, phase correction and silver-evaporated coatings on the BaK4 prism, the AD series provides crystal sharp images and superb contrast. Ergonomically tough to beat, the AD 9x32 has all the quality features found in the entire roof prism range PENTAX has on offer: inner focusing, water and dust proof and nitrogen-purged. The polycarbonate housing weighs in at a mere 500 grams and offers 5-stop, helicoid eyecups. Regardless of application, the total package this lightweight has to offer is a winner.
