Thanks to minor design changes, the SD binoculars are significantly lighter and offer much better imaging performance. With these two binoculars PENTAX has underlined its potential for innovation in binocular technology. Bright and clear:multi-layer coating of all lenses suppresses reflections and makes the light available for the viewed image. In this way, and also because of the new type of silver coating of the phase correcting coated BaK4 prisms, the SD series binoculars generate a bright and sharp image, faithfully rendering the colors even under difficult light conditions.
