Product description Professional quality sugar modelling paste with excellent modelling properties. The paste hardens without drying out allowing for adjustments. It is ideal for modelled figures and sugar flowers and can be coloured. Please note the paste is quite hard to begin with and requires kneading before use. Ingredients: Sugar, Potato starch, Glucose Syrup, Cocoa butter, Maize Starch, Thickening agent: Carboximethyl cellulose; Flavour, Preservative agent: Potassium sorbate. Plus Colours. Made without hydrogenated fats. Gluten free. May contain milk, nuts, egg and soy. Ingredients sugar (43%), glucose syrup, potato starch, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, corn starch, thickener (E466) and preservative (E202). It is also indicated that the product may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios and that it does not contain hydrogenated fats and is gluten-free. Directions Handle the product until it becomes soft and maneuverable. Shape according to your desire and let stand until the decor hardens. Apply to the cake. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat sources. Once the package is opened, place the pasta in a closed bag, so as not to make the product lose moisture and keep it stable and maneuverable over time.
