The safety shoe AMBITION BOA Low ESD S2 is a safety low shoe from the ELTEN DIMENSION PRO series. It fulfills the performance requirements of the safety category S2 and is available in the size range 36 – 48. Thanks to a full, padded bellows tongue, the penetration of dirt and pressure points are being prevented. Thanks to its ESD equipment, this article is suitable when working in areas subject to electrostatic discharge and in electrostatic protected areas (EPA). Furthermore, AMBITION BOA Low ESD S2 is certified according to DGUV regulation 112-191. Thanks to the expanded size range the model is available for women and men. The integrated BOA closure system without laces, buckles or Velcro straps, allows a one-handed adjustment (opening and closure). Hydrohphobized untuck leather is wear-resistant. With the AMBITION BOA Low ESD S2, a hydrophobized textile material is being used which retains its shape, is tear-resistant quick drying and light. A fabric lining provides for a good shoe climate. Ergonomically shaped steel toe caps protect the wearer of the AMBITION BOA Low ESD S2 against impacts and pressure loadings. AMBITION BOA Low ESD S2 is equipped with the exchangeable ESD inlay sole which protects against electrostatic discharge. A soft fleece insole equipped with ESD features is integrated in the shoe. It stands out for its excellent abrasion resistance, a good air circulation and is flexible and shape-retaining. The double-density profiled sole DIMENSION PRO consists of a TPU outer sole and a PU midsole. Thanks to its honeycomb structure, the sole unit provides for optimal slip resistance. Furthermore, the soft PU core offers good shock absorption and high wearing comfort.
