The safety shoe SANDER BOA ESD S3 is a safety boot from the ELTEN SAFEGUARD series. It fulfills the performance requirements of the safety category S3 and is available in the size range 38 – 48. Thanks to a full, padded bellows tongue, the penetration of dirt and pressure points are being prevented. Good stability and foothold are provided by the collar padding. Thanks to its ESD equipment, this article is suitable when working in areas subject to electrostatic discharge and in electrostatic protected areas (EPA). The integrated reflective material ensures good visibility in the dark, even under unfavorable weather and light conditions. A PU toe protection protects the upper leather in the toe area against premature wear. The integrated BOA closure system without laces, buckles or Velcro straps, allows a one-handed adjustment (opening and closure). Furthermore, the textile material Cardura is being used, which is also very resistant to wear and tear. It is also dirt- and water-repellent. This upper material consists of the polyamide microfiber, which is easy-care and dries quickly. It is also extremely tear-resistant and breathable. A fabric lining provides for a good shoe climate. For SANDER BOA ESD S3 a modern composite toe cap is being used instead of the conventional steel toe cap. The full-length, exchangeable, semi-orthopedic inlay sole DIMENSION PRO with ESD equipment provides the highest possible comfort in a safety shoe. The metal-free penetration protection allows more flexibility and comfort when working on the knees, and also an improved foot-feel on uneven surfaces. Even on wet surfaces, the PU/PU outsole SAFEGUARD offers optimal grip.
