Product description: our Medallion foie gras terrine mould allows you to make a tasty homemade foie gras and beautiful sliced medallions. Very easy to use, the terrine mould has a pressing and fat recovery system, specially designed for extra quality 500g foie gras. The lid serves as a press during cooking. The fat is naturally recovered in the tank. The lid will then mould the round shape as the foie gras matures. Made of high-resistance ceramic, our terrine mould is guaranteed for 10 years of use at up to 270°C in the oven. With its beautiful shape and festive colours, you can place the terrine at the centre of the table to maintain the freshness of your foie gras.
