FLAVOUR: This proper Prosecco comes from the lush, rolling hills of northern Italy. It boasts a crisp and deliciously refreshing taste that echoes the essence of Italy. It really is Italy in one perfect glass.

FAMILY FIRST: Just like many of Terra Organica’s tipples, this Prosecco originates from a family run winery that has a passion for producing organic wines.

NO HERBICIDES or PESTICIDES: Not only does the winery manage the vines without the need for chemical sprays, but its vines are checked daily to avoid chemical intervention and the vineyard is a haven of biodiversity.

GREAT WITH: Prosecco has no rules, but pop the bottle as an aperitif, serve with appetisers, risotto or lightly spiced Asian dishes. Even pour as a fizz in the infamous Aperol Spritz.

WINEMAKERS: With two decades in wine production, there isn’t much that Massimo hasn’t mastered. He began working in the Veneto region and there built his knowledge in the leading wineries.
