Product description Betty Crocker Vanilla Cake Mix 432g Ingredients Enriched Flour Bleached (WHEAT flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Sugar, Corn Syrup, Leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate). Contains 2% or less of: Modified Corn Starch, Corn Starch, Palm Oil, Propylene Glycol Mono and Diesters of Fatty Acids, Salt, Distilled Monoglycerides, Dicalcium Phosphate, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Xanthan Gum, Cellulose Gum, Cultured CREAM, Natural and Artificial Flavor. Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4. 2. Grease and line a 20cm round cake tin. 3. In a bowl, combine the cake mix with 250ml of milk and 125g of softened butter. 4. Mix until well combined. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin. 6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. 7. Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
