Made with banded shells of exotic Romanian Tilia wood for a defined and full-bodied sound, Richie’s new congas and bongos feature natural rawhide heads, Top Tuning Comfort Curve II Rims and chrome hardware over a Mavi-colored satin finish. The are top tuning and created with a layer of fiberglass to strengthen the inside upper portion of the shell. Sizes include an 11″ Quinto, 11-3/4″ Conga and 12-1/2″ Tumbadora. LP Richie Gajate-Garcia Bongos are fitted with 7-1/4″ and 8-5/8″ heads.
