Monix Optima Stainless Steel Small Saucepan has triple heat conductive base which guarantees effective heat distribution. It includes top lid of 18/10 stainless steel and bright polished finish. Base thickness : 5.3 mm. Exterior gloss finish and interior matte finish. Suitable for oven. Grips and handles made of stainless steel with a polished bright finish. It has 1 litre capacity. Measures 14 cm in diameter. Use: Induction plates are faster and more powerful than other heat sources. In order not to damage the non-stick: Never heat the utensil when empty, without any liquid in it. Never cool it suddenly. Never use the maximum power of the plate as the utensil can heat up to 300 degree Celsius, which will damage it. Cleaning and maintenance: It is only necessary to use a gentle detergent or soap to clean utensils by hand or in the dish washer.
