What is the Togu Mulitroll functional: an air-filled, unstable roll – made in Germany – for a versatile use e.g. in functional training. The air filling can be individually controlled by a needle valve. The Ruton material is odourless and can hold up to 200 kg. The product is latex free and free from heavy metals and prohibited softening agents (according to EU Directive 2005/84/EC). On the Multiroll there is a 30 year manufacturer. What causes the application? The entire body is strengthened by deep muscle training stimulation. Through various exercises, individual muscle groups can also be controlled in a targeted manner. The multi-roll functional allows for versatile use and varied training. How does it work? Versatile exercises can be performed in the seat, support, lying down and with additional devices. The soft comfortable material and the air filling create an adjustable and at the same time very dynamic base to train sensory motor skills and proprioception. Therefore, the Mutliroll functional is ideal for use in functional training. Optional DVD with exercise suggestions is also available.
