Kewtech KT71 Manual Hand Held PAT Tester, mains operated

No matter what your application is, Kewtech's KT71 is ideal for use in checking the safety of electrical appliances and their associated leads. Encased in its own protective carrying case (making the KT71 constantly protected both during use and transportation) this PAT tester is designed to speed up the time spent testing thanks to a selection of automatic testing sequences that can be activated with a turn of a dial and push of a button. Simply connect the appliance/lead you need to test, turn the dial to leakage current, class II, class I 20A, class I test for IT at 200mA or extension lead, press the select button and the tester will do the rest! This simple operation makes this PAT tester an ideal instrument for use by those new to the field or can also be a perfect tester for use by time-served PAT testing professionals. The KT71 is both a PASS/FAIL PAT tester and shows full test results. Upon completion of a test the KT71 will flash either a green LED light for pass or a red LED light for fail whilst simultaneously displaying a full test reading on the built-in LCD screen. This PAT tester is designed to be fully in compliance with the rules and regulations of the IET Code of Practice and includes the ability to measure the safety of Class I and Class I appliances, extension leads and is fully suitable for use with sensitive IT equipment thanks to a 110V operation mode (requires specialist adaptor - sold separately).
