It is also a readily dilutable primer for sealing applications or addition to cement and plaster to improve adhesion and cure. ..High solids content compared with other contractor grades – Solids content is all polymer – no fillers are used! – Better water resistance – Better adhesion and flexibility – Better drying at low temperatures – Phthalate free formulation (safer to use).
