Description

Bostik Plasterer's Stabilising Primer has been specially developed for the plastering professional. It creates an ideal key for reskimming, with patented PLASPRIME® technology that uses recycled plastic. As the primer doesn’t have to be mixed at all, the plasterer can plaster faster. It’s also more efficient because there is no need to wait for the perfect tack – the primer can be left to dry completely, then plastered any time afterwards, which is useful when working on larger areas. As it’s green in colour, it’s easy to see exactly where you’ve primed too. It can be applied over porous and nonporous areas to give a surface that dries evenly for excellent adhesion and a faster, easier finish.

Bostik Plasterer's Grit is specially designed for the plastering professional. The pregrit product primes and stabilises most interior surfaces, providing an excellent key for skim coats.

Unlike other plasterer's primers, this product doesn't contain sand, meaning it doesn't require mixing and can be applied straight from the bucket with a brush or roller. The particles in Plasterer's Grit don't flick off the brush or roller like sand can, so there's no mess during the application and no risk of sand being dragged through the plaster as with other products.

Sand-based plasterer's grit products can also absorb moisture from the plaster, which causes it to dry too quickly and crack. With Bostik Plasterer's Grit plaster bonding agent, the risk of cracking is significantly reduced.
