This NRS Healthcare F19959 Divan Overbed Table can be tilted and the height can be adjusted, it is designed for use with divan beds and many armchairs. Smooth tubular steel base slides easily. Tilts up to 35 degrees. It's suitable for use by children and adults, and is great for wheelchair users. The table is extremely versatile and ideal to place a drink on, or to eat a meal in bed or in front of the TV--it's ideal for a leisurely breakfast in bed. You can keep objects such as the telephone or your spectacles close to hand. The table tilts so you can use it to hold a book or magazine at an ideal angle for reading, or can be kept flat for writing or activities such as jigsaw puzzles and board games. The table is made from powder coated, chrome plated steel so it's reliable and sturdy. The height of the table top can be adjusted easily by slackening the two, large, easy-to-grip hand knobs, adjusting the table top to the preferred height between 61cm and 90cm, then tightening the knobs again. Each side of the table top can be adjusted independently, so to tilt it simply make the height at one side lower than the opposite side, which will give an angle up to 35 degrees if required. The table has a stylish, laminated, teak effect top which is easy to wipe clean. It is 60cm long and 40cm deep and has raised lips on the horizontal edges to prevent items slipping or rolling off. The maximum load weight of the table is 10 kg (22 lb). The Overbed/Chair Table is supplied flat packed and is easy to assemble without the need for tools.
