Dehydrated Chicken Soup Mix. This Chicken Soup is a simple and delicious soup which is easy to use and a great way to minimise waste. Simply combine the powder with boiling water and stir until it thickens. Makes 200 portions. Ingredients Potato starch, whey powder (MILK), maltodextrin, flavourings, salt, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, yeast extract, chicken fat (3%), rice flour, chicken (2.3%), sugar, onion powder, modified starch, turmeric, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary). May contain GLUTEN, EGG, CELERY, MUSTARD and SOYA. Directions Portion = 170ml. 102g Product + 1.7 litres water = 10 portions, entire pack + 34 litres water = 200 portions. 1) Ensure the product is well mixed before weighing out. 2) Stir the required amount of soup mix into cold water. 3) Bring to the boil, while stirring. 4) Simmer for approximately 4 minutes, whisking occasionally. 5) For best results, whisk thoroughly before serving. 6) Unused prepared portions must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
