Dehydrated Mushroom Soup Mix. This Mushroom Soup is a simple, powdered and delicious soup which is easy to use and a great way to minimise waste. Simply combine the powder with boiled water and stir until it thickens. Makes 200 portions. Ingredients Potato starch, maltodextrin, WHEAT flour, salt, sunflower oil, yeast extract, glucose syrup, palm fat, onion powder, sugar, mushroom juice concentrate¹ (1.5%), mushrooms¹ (1.4%), modified starch, flavourings, lemon juice, pepper, lovage root, BARLEY malt extract. May contain milk, egg, celery, mustard and soya. ¹Made from sustainably grown ingredients. Directions Portion = 170ml. 110g Product + 1.7 litres water = 10 portions, entire pack + 34 litres water = 200 portions. 1) Ensure the product is well mixed before weighing out. 2) Stir the required amount of soup mix into cold water. 3) Bring to the boil, while stirring. 4) Simmer for approximately 4 minutes, whisking occasionally. 5) For best results, whisk thoroughly before serving. 6) Unused prepared portions must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
