Description

Food spoilage is caused by chemical reactions provoked by contact with air, moisture, heat, the action of enzymes and the growth of microorganisms, as well as insect contamination. Alice by Magic Vac, by removing the air (vacuum), allows to prolong the freshness of food up to 5 times compared to normal preservation. It is extremely easy to use thanks to the fully automatic cycle, has a specific function to create the vacuum in the containers and a manual function with instant welding for delicate foods. Alice's multi-function keyboard is completely waterproof, ensuring safe use and long-term efficiency. The machine also has an indicator for the execution of welding. The kit includes the vacuum chamber with a handy liquid tray and an integrated compartment for collecting the cable. The device can be used with any Magic Vac container and with 6", 8", and 12" bags or rolls. Once the food is placed in the bag or container, simply place it correctly, attach the side levers and in a few seconds the vacuum procedure is carried out automatically, optimizing the food preservation process.
