In the event that your towed vehicle separates from your Motorhome, the steel cable pulls the receptacle out of the junction box. This activates your BrakeBuddy which brings the towed vehicle to a controlled stop. The brakes will continue to be applied until the receptacle is reconnected to the junction box.
