Having covered the "Curacao" part, where does "blue" come in? Honestly, its blue colour has made this liqueur famous, even though it has no effect on the taste. It's for show. We might as well have called it Clear Curacao - no-one would taste the difference. Anno 1695. De Kuyper is the largest producer of quality cocktail liqueurs in the World.
