These days the second generation of the Zuidam family run the business with Patrick caring for the distillery and Gilbert looking after the customers. Everything is created with care, passion and traditional methods and based purely on natural, raw ingredients. The range made at Zuidam Distillery includes a range of artisan genevers bottled under the Zuidam name, and a range of whiskies crafted under the Millstone name.
