De Buyer - Copper Prima Matera induction cookware Sauté pan 20cm Product information Manufacturer: De Buyer - FranceCare: Wash by hand - remove typical copper patina as desired with copper cleaner Copper Cookware from De Buyer - for all cookers including inductionCopper cookware boasts such properties as 25 times the conductivity of stainless steel and 9 times that of aluminium. Suitable for professional or amateur chefs. Copper cookware is not normally suitable for use on induction cookers; but with De Buyer it is. The copper cookware Prima Matera from de Buyer. Prima Matera meets the professional standards of professional and amateur chefs. It boasts excellent cooking properties and appearance. Pure copper (90%) on the outer walls and a thin layer of stainless steel (10%) are internally fixed using about 400 tonnes of pressure. The innovative, ferromagnetic stainless steel base provide the induction properties. The cooking time is reduced, flavour is improved and vitamins are retained. Prima Matera is easy to clean by hand with detergents. The outside resulting patina is a normal characteristic of copper. If desired, polish the copper back to a shine with a good copper cleaner.
