MADE IN FRANCE: The De Buyer copper pan is made in France in our Vosges factories. Very versatile, the De Buyer INOCUIVRE frying pan is also suitable for serving and presenting dishes, with its iconic mirror polish.

COMPOSITION: Its unique composition, 90% copper on the outside and 10% AISI 304 stainless steel inside, provides exceptional thermal conductivity of copper for precise cooking, as well as the food safety and ease of maintenance of stainless steel inside.

PERFECT COOKING: The copper of the stainless steel De Buyer pan ensures excellent thermal conductivity, which means it heats up quickly and evenly, allowing controlled and efficient cooking.

Heat source: The stainless steel round pan from Buyer, made of copper and stainless steel, is compatible with all hobs except induction.

MAINTENANCE: Copper maintenance is easily done with a polishing paste. For stainless steel, hand wash is recommended.
