Specifically designed for precise slicing of meats, fish and vegetables, the knife features a dimpled design which prevents foods sticking to the blade as you cut. Made to an great quality, each Mac knife is made in Japan with many parts of the process still completed by skilled craftsmen. Hand wash only.
