REMO Emperor® strong, two-layer Mylar® films create a voluminous and warm tone with strong projection. They are particularly stable and durable due to their construction. In the 1950s the rock 'n' roll came and with the first REMO® skins could be played as loud as never before. But the development continued, guitar amps became bigger and drummers wanted to play even harder and even louder. It was time for the next innovation and so the California innovators constructed the first double-layered battlehead. REMO® Emperor® skins are ideal for medium to loud playing styles live and in the studio. They go particularly well with music styles such as pop, funk, rock and heavy rock, and are among the best marching drum skins in the world.

Remo Emperor powerful, dual-layer Mylar films (2-layer Ebony film 7.5 mil + 6.5 mil) produce a voluminous and warm tone with strong projection.

Due to their construction, they are particularly stable and durable. Both layers are not glued together.
