The ZWILLING TWIN Specials asparagus pot is great for baking asparagus or pasta vertically. This 16cm diameter multi-purpose pot is also great for whitening, baking and stewing vegetables. It is made of stainless steel with a magnetic bottom compatible with all heat sources, including induction hobs. The bottom of the pot is equipped with a sturdy aluminium core that retains heat and distributes it evenly throughout the surface. This means that you can lower the fire to save energy. Inside this 4.5 litre pot is hooked a stainless steel mesh basket. Because the basket allows you to drain the contents of the pot, you do not need the colander.
