Five layers with excellent all-round cooking effect (surface induktionstauglichem 18/0 stainless steel, inside of 18/10 stainless steel, triple aluminum core) allow rapid and uniform heat distribution to the pot rim. The closed pouring edge of BRIGADE PREMIUM series allows pinpoint accuracy and dribs free pouring. The cold grips with special insulation are not hot even after prolonged cooking time. For easy dosing into the inside of the pot, a scale in liters is attached. The Tailored pot lid ensures low water, gentle cooking. This leaves the valuable vitamins when cooking the vegetables preserved and retains its fresh color.
