These high quality fabric backed sanding sheets have been specially designed for all those jobs where materials such as steel and stainless steel, wood, metals and non-ferrous metals are used; thanks to their versatility, they can be used in various professional areas or in the hobby sector. They are suitable for use on orbital sanders and you can choose from a variety of widths and grits to achieve great performance in any situation; thanks to their versatility, they are also suitable for sanding contours and high removal sanding. These sanding sheets are supplied with a JF cotton backing which makes them flexible enough to fit perfectly to the shape of your workpieces to be machined to achieve an extra fine finish, and the fabric backing also provides a higher tear resistance compared to the paper base. The aluminium oxide grain is applied to the JF cotton base with a dense coating: unlike natural grains, aluminium oxide is exceptionally durable and resistant and is bonded to the sanding pad with resin, which increases its strength.
