The Klingspor discs with paper backing are manufactured using an effective and practical self-fastening technique. Its grit is made of high quality synthetic aluminium oxide with resin as a binder with a semi-open coating and a backing made of B-paper. They are recommended for use on paints, varnishes, putty and plastics. These sanding discs are suitable for general use for freehand sanding as well as for use with hand-held power tools. All Klingspor products comply with the highest safety standards, including oSA regulations and European safety standard EN 12413.
