Simply heat up by clicking the disk inside the gel pack eye mask to generate the heat required for an effective treatment, staying warm for over 20 minutes. Reusable hot eye compress 100+ times. The Eye Doctor Click and Go can also be used as a cold gel pack mask by placing in the fridge and cooling before use. If there are crystals remaining after boiling, then it will require re-boiling further until the crystals are fully dissolved Note: Please boil the gel pack continuously for 10 minutes for a full reset.
