Ingredients Enriched Flour Bleached (WHEAT flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Vegetable Oil (palm, canola and/or SOYbean oil), Corn Starch, Dextrose, Leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), Salt, Sugar, datem, Monoglycerides. Directions 1. Combine 1/3 to 1/2 box (approximately 375g to 562g) of Bisquick mix with 1/2 to 3/4 cup (120ml to 180ml) of milk and 1 egg per serving. 2. Mix until smooth. 3. For pancakes: Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side. 4. For waffles: Use a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions, pouring the batter into the iron. 5. For biscuits: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
