About the Author Dr. Devendra Kumar Sharma received his B.E. degree in Electronics Engineering from M.N.R. Engineering College, Allahabad, M.E. degree from University of Roorkee, and Ph.D. degree from NIT Kurukshetra, India in 1989, 1992 and 2016 respectively. He served PSUs in different positions for more than 8 years in QA & Testing/R & D departments. In addition, he is having a long experience of 20 years in academics and research. His research interests include VLSI interconnects, Digital design, Testing and Signal processing. He is currently a Professor & Dean of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus, Ghaziabad, India. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (VLSI Design) from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India. Dr. Sharma has authored many papers in SCOPUS/SCI index journals and International Conferences. His research interests are in VLSI interconnects, Electronic Circuits, Digital Design, Testing and Signal Processing. He has been the Editor to International Conferences on Microelectronics and Telecommunication. He is member of Professional Societies like IEEE, LISTE, LIETE, VSI and is a reviewer of many International Journals/Conferences. He has served as General Chair and Convener for many conferences. Dr. Sharma has participated in many International and National conferences as Session Chair and member in Steering, Advisory and Program Committees.   Dr. Le Hoang Son obtained the Ph.D. degree in Mathematics–Informatics at VNU University of Science, Vietnam National University (VNU), in 2013. He has been promoted to Associate Professor in Information Technology since 2017. Dr. Son worked as Senior Researcher and Vice Director at the Center for High Performance Computing, VNU University of Science, Vietnam National University during 2007–2018. From August 2018, he is Head of the Department of Multimedia and Virtual Reality, VNU Information Technology Institute, VNU. His major fields include artificial intelligence, data mining, soft computing, fuzzy computing, fuzzy recommender systems, and geographic information system. He is a member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), Vietnam Society for Applications of Mathematics (Vietnam), and Key Laboratory of Geotechnical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence in the University of Transport Technology (Vietnam).
