About the Author Jian Chen, professor-level senior engineer, Ph.D. at Ocean University of China. Deputy Chief Engineer and Chief Expert of China Railway 14th Bureau Group, a well-known domestic large shield expert, mainly engaged in technical management and scientific research of the large shield cross-river tunnel project.
