About the Author Robert Geretschläger, born 1957 in Toronto, Canada. Studied Mathematics in Graz, Austria, teaching degree in Mathematics and Descriptive Geometry, Doctorate in Functional Analysis, author of textbooks for high school as well as books on many other mathematical subjects, such as Geometric Origami (2002/2008), The Circle (with Alfred Posamentier, 2016), and A Central European Olympiad The Mathematical Duel (with Józef Kalinowski and Jaroslav vr ek, 2018). Austrian team leader at International Mathematical Olympiad, president of Austrian Kangaroo Math Competition, Senior Vice-President of World Federation of National Mathematics Competitions.
