Babu is currently the Pro Vice Chancellor of DIT University, Dehradun. Earlier he was the Director of IET at JK Lakshmipat University and prior to that he was with BITS Pilani. He has over 28 years of teaching, research, consultancy, and administrative experience. He did his PhD from IIT Bombay. He held various administrative positions such as Dean of various divisions during over 15 years of his tenure at BITS Pilani. His research interests include Evolutionary Computation, Environmental Engineering, Biomass Gasification, Energy Integration, Artificial Neural Networks, Nanotechnology, and Modeling and Simulation. He is Editorial Board member of 6 International Journals, has published 6 books, and has around 220 research publications in international and national journals and conference proceedings. Prof. Atulya K. Nagar holds the Foundation Chair, as Professor and Head of Mathematics and Computer Science at Liverpool Hope University. He is an internationally recognised scholar working at the cutting edge of theoretical computer science, natural computing, applied mathematical analysis, operations research, and systems engineering and his work is underpinned by strong complexity-theoretic foundations. He received a prestigious Commonwealth Fellowship for pursuing his Doctorate (DPhil) in Applied Non-Linear Mathematics, which he earned from the University of York in 1996. He holds BSc (Hons.), MSc, and MPhil (with Distinction) from the MDS University of Ajmer, India. Dr. Kusum Deep is a full Professor with the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. She earned her PhD from IIT Roorkee in 1988 and carried out Post Doctoral Research at Loughborough University, UK during 1993-94. She has co-authored a book entitled "Optimization Techniques" and has 75 research publications in refereed International Journals and 60 research papers in International/National Conferences.
