Das Buch widmet sich dem Problem der multikulturellen Erziehung von Gymnasiasten in Euroclubs von Gesamtschulen. Auf der Grundlage der Analyse nationaler und ausländischer wissenschaftlicher, psychologischer und pädagogischer Literatur wird das Wesen der multikulturellen Erziehung im Rahmen der Euroclub-Aktivitäten als Prozess der sozialen und kulturellen Identifizierung einer Person in einer multikulturellen Gesellschaft aufgezeigt, der in der Sekundarschuleinrichtung geschaffen wird und funktioniert, um die kulturelle Vielfalt zu erkennen und die tolerante Haltung der Schüler gegenüber kulturellen Unterschieden sowie die Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit Vertretern verschiedener kultureller Gruppen und die Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung kreativer Lösungen für ungewöhnliche Situationen bei interkulturellen Interaktionen zu entwickeln. Es werden Komponenten, Kriterien, Indikatoren und Niveaus der multikulturellen Erziehung von Oberschülern im Rahmen von Euroclub-Aktivitäten definiert. Die Wirksamkeit der pädagogischen Bedingungen und des strukturellen Modells der multikulturellen Erziehung von Gymnasiasten im Rahmen von Euroclub-Aktivitäten wird nachgewiesen und experimentell getestet.
