L'objectif principal de cette étude était de déterminer la relation entre la gestion des projets d'investissement public et la qualité de vie dans la ville de Lamas, 2022. L'approche était quantitative, de type basique, non expérimentale, transversale et corrélationnelle. La population était composée de 6 668 citoyens, l'échantillon n'en comprenait que 363, et des enquêtes et des questionnaires ont été appliqués comme techniques et instruments de collecte de données, qui ont été examinés et validés par des experts. Les résultats suivants ont été obtenus : la gestion des projets d'investissement public a été jugée moyenne à 77%, faible à 15% et élevée à 8%. D'autre part, 80 % ont indiqué que la qualité de vie était moyenne, 11 % élevée et 10 % faible. On conclut qu'il existe une relation positive modérée et significative entre la gestion des projets d'investissement public et la qualité de vie dans la ville de Lamas, avec un coefficient de corrélation de Spearman Rho de 0,611 et une valeur p de 0,000 <0,01 ; ils déterminent également une dépendance de 37,33%. Ce qui permet d'accepter l'hypothèse de recherche et de rejeter l'hypothèse nulle.
