Diese Forschung wurde mit dem Wunsch geboren, um die Konfiguration der pädagogischen Praxis der Lehrer der ersten Jahre in der Grundschule im Zusammenhang mit dem Gesetz 11.769/2008, die die Musik als obligatorische Inhalte in den Schulen der Grundbildung führt zu untersuchen, wurden Verfahren angenommen, die die Präsenz der Musik in der Schule zu identifizieren, um die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen dieser Lehre in den ersten Jahren zu wissen, sowie die realen Aktionen von der städtischen Abteilung für Bildung in Bezug auf den Prozess der Umsetzung des Gesetzes 11.769/08 vorgeschlagen. Als methodischer Rahmen wurde eine quantitativ-qualitative Untersuchung mit vierzehn Lehrern, die effektiv in zwei Bildungseinrichtungen des städtischen Netzes arbeiten, und einhundertzweiunddreißig Schülern, die regelmäßig in diesen Schulen eingeschrieben sind, gewählt. Für die Datenerhebung wurde ein halbstrukturiertes Interview verwendet, um die Bedeutung, die Interpretation und die Vorstellungen zu erfassen, die diese Personen dem vorgeschlagenen Thema geben, sowie bibliographische Konsultationen und spezifische Lektüre über die gesetzlichen Grundlagen, die die Grundschulbildung in Brasilien regeln, und die öffentliche Politik, die die Einbeziehung von Musik in die Schule betrifft.
