Este libro es el resultado de la docencia que impartimos a los alumnos de segundo curso de Derecho en la asignatura Introducción a la Investigación Científica y a la Metodología Jurídica. Destinada en particular a los investigadores del Derecho en el ámbito interdisciplinar, enseña a los estudiantes cómo proceder con método a la hora de investigar o resolver un problema concreto de Derecho, la interpretación de una norma jurídica... la obra pretende a la vez ser un espejo de sus prácticas y una invitación a agruparse en torno a aquellas de ellas que parecen dominantes o se benefician de los argumentos más convincentes. Queda, por supuesto, un número importante de casos en los que hay que elegir. El mérito principal, ¿no es decisivo para un abogado? El principal mérito de la selección propuesta por los autores es que se ha decidido de forma colegiada, tras un minucioso debate. Si no se está de acuerdo con ella, aunque se siga convencido de la necesidad de unir las prácticas, queda entablar con los autores el diálogo al que no dejan de invitar a sus lectores. Será también una forma de reconocer el valor de su compromiso.
