Celem niniejszego badania jest analiza sposobu, w jaki dwie grupy pracowników (promotorzy i odbiorcy) w brazylijskiej firmie stalowej postrzegają stosowaną tam ocenę wyników (PA). Aby zapewnić teoretyczne podstawy dla tego badania, dokonano przeglądu roli przypisywanej obszarowi HR; główny temat badania, ocena wyników, został skonceptualizowany; opracowano aspekty związane z percepcją, ze względu na subiektywny charakter procesów obejmujących główny temat. Na podstawie znalezionych raportów można było zauważyć, że proces DA jest znacznie bogatszy w rozumieniu promotorów niż w rozumieniu odbiorców.
