Celem niniejszego badania jest sformułowanie i opracowanie hybrydowych kompozytów z matrycą metalową wzmocnioną cząstkami, przy użyciu metody odlewania mieszanego, nowatorskiego procesu produkcyjnego stosowanego w Bangladeszu do wytwarzania kompozytów z matrycą metalową. Następnie zbadano właściwości fizyczne, mechaniczne, morfologiczne i skrawalność opracowanych kompozytów z matrycą metalową. Uzyskano trzy unikalne kompozycje kompozytów poprzez zmianę zawartości wagowej nanorurek węglowych, tlenku glinu i węglika krzemu odpowiednio o 1%, 2,5% i 2,5%. Przebadano różne właściwości mechaniczne, głównie wytrzymałość na rozciąganie, wytrzymałość na zginanie, twardość, odporność na uderzenia, a także właściwości fizyczne, takie jak porowatość i gęstość. Przeprowadzono również badania morfologiczne i skrawalności w celu zbadania właściwości nowo opracowanych kompozytów. Badania wykazały, że dodanie wzmocnień cząsteczkowych do kompozytu z matrycą aluminiową spowodowało wzrost wytrzymałości na rozciąganie o 128,57%, twardości o 7,1349%, odporności na uderzenia o 45% oraz zmniejszenie gęstości o 0,8301%.
