The stress induced by the role performed by all level of employees of steel industry is a matter of worth attention too, as it is emphasized that role stress occurs in employee’s jobs that involve direct interaction with customers and such employees are prone to relatively greater level of role stress. Finally, if the psychological well-being and employees health would be enhanced, in forthcoming the organization would be a successful organization with financial improvement uplifts as well as it will retention its employees.
