Description

Cognitive radio is a new approach for optimal use of spectrum. To achieve this goal, it is important to make maximum use of the frequency spectrum and do it without having to interfere between different users. So we create a network of nodes("cognitive networks") use the same strategy to achieve optimal use of spectrum. To make reliable relationships between different users in the network, we need to each node identifies the received signal as well as. The recognition directly affects the performance of cognitive radio. The main topics are: 1) Providing a strategy for the cognitive network nodes so that they "collaborate" with each other. 2 ) Present methods for detection of radio channel or received radio signal so that we can estimate the radio channel to have a better overview of the network. 3) Based on the methods described in this study, we developed a neural network-based receiver so that well be possible to detect the received signals. This work is useful for students of telecommunication and computer engineering and also researchers that want to know more about the behavior, estimating and modeling of the radio channel, by use of neural network concept.
