Für die strategische Bedarfspla-nung, also den Abgleich von Angebot und Nachfrage, ist die für die Immobilie er-forderliche Vorlaufzeit entscheidend. Ein interner Flächenmarkt und die Einführung interner Mieten erhöhen die Sensibilisierung und den Anreiz im schonenden Um-gang mit der Ressource Raum. About the Author François Chapuis (1966), ist seit 2008 Leiter der Immobilien Aargau. Für den Eigentümer und Bauherrn Kan-ton Aargau betreibt die Immobilien Aargau ein aktives Portfolio-, Bauprojekt- und Immobilienmanagement. Als Immobilientreuhänderin vertritt sie den Kanton als Eigentümer und ist das eigentliche Controlling-Organ für die kantonalen Immobilien.
