Arne Berndt dreht diesen Themenzusammenhang um und fragt in einem interdisziplinären Ansatz nach den Chancen, die zwischenmenschliche Konflikte für den Wandel von Organisationen beinhalten. Ausgehend von einem konstruktivistisch-systemtheoretischen Organisationsverständnis analysiert er die Entstehung organisationaler Veränderungen und überträgt Erkenntnisse der interindividuellen Konfliktforschung in das Themengebiet. Dabei zeigt sich, dass Konflikte nicht nur Potenzial für organisationalen Wandel beinhalten, sondern die Konfliktkultur in einem Unternehmen entscheidend für dessen Veränderungsfähigkeit ist. Darauf aufbauend entwickelt der Autor aus sozialpsychologischen Forschungsergebnissen ein Modell von Rahmenbedingungen und Praxistipps für die konstruktive Konfliktbewältigung im Sinne einer Irritation und Reflexion verfestigter Wirklichkeiten als Ausgangspunkt für Lernen und Veränderung.
