Der Autor präsentiert den Prototyp einer internetbasierten Anwendung, die Kennzahlen erfasst, Logistikprozesse analysiert und spezifische Inhalte einer Wissensplattform für eine gezielte Prozessverbesserung den identifizierten Schwachstellen zuordnet. About the Author Dr.-Ing. Christian Büssow promovierte bei Prof. Dr.-Ing. Helmut Baumgarten am Institut für Technologie und Management, Bereich Logistik, der Technischen Universität Berlin. Er ist der Logistik-Controller bei der Dräger Safety AG & Co. KGaA in Lübeck, dem Logistikpreisträger der BVL e.V. aus dem Jahre 1999.
