About the Author Dr. Elmar Pankau war wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter von Prof. Dr. Andreas Remer am Lehrstuhl für Organisations- und Managementlehre der Universität Bayreuth. Er ist in der kaufmännischen Leitung der Malteser Krankenhäuser in Jülich und Simmerath/Aachen tätig.
