About the Author Dr. Andreas Schmidt promovierte bei Prof. Dr. Klaus J. Zink am Lehrstuhl für Industriebetriebslehre und Arbeitswissenschaft an der Universität Kaiserslautern. Heute ist er geschäftsführender Partner der Unternehmensberatung SSB Consult mit Sitz in Kaiserslautern.
