Eine umfassende Eindämmung und Kontrolle der Subventionsvergabe aus effizienzorientierter Sicht ist notwendig geworden. Dabei muss sich die Vergabe an Sachkriterien orientieren, um über die Kontrolle die Effizienz messen zu können. Sascha Haghani entwirft einen Subventionskontrollansatz, der auf dem komplexreduzierten Aspekt der Zerlegung durch branchenorientierte Subventionsziele basiert. Auf der Grundlage eines wissenschaftstheoretischen Bezugsrahmens leitet der Autor mittels einer empirischen Fallstudienuntersuchung konkrete Subventionsziele und -effizienzkriterien ab. Als Ergebnis wird ein systematisiertes Kontrollgerüst für die Subventionsvergabe aufgezeigt. About the Author Dr. Sascha Haghani promovierte am Lehrstuhl für Volkswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Finanzwissenschaft, der Universität GH Kassel. Er ist heute als Senior-Projektleiter bei Roland Berger & Partner tätig.
