Gleichzeitig werden zahlreiche praktische und theoretische Einzelfragen zum finanzwirtschaftlichen kommunalen Jahresabschluß in einem doppischen Rechnungsmodell ausführlich diskutiert und praktisch umsetzbaren Lösungen zugeführt. About the Author Dr. Rolf Diemer studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität zu Köln. Mit der hier angezeigten Schrift promovierte er an der Universität - GH - Essen. Er ist zur Zeit Mitarbeiter im Verwaltungsrat bei der Europäischen Kommission in Brüssel.
